In-Office Care in North Denver
Smaller procedures, handled properly
Not everything needs an operating room. Scar revision, laceration repair, earlobe repair and the removal of small lumps, bumps and skin lesions can often be done in office with local anaesthetic, in a single visit. Cellulite treatment with Avéli® also sits in this group.
The reason to have these done by a plastic surgeon is closure. Where the incision sits, how the tissue is handled and how the wound is closed all influence the scar you live with afterward. Dr. John Samas, MD, FACS treats these the same way he treats larger cases: plan the incision, explain what the scar will look like, and give you written aftercare.
