CO 74 north to I-70, then across the north metro

I-70 conditions are the main variable.

From Evergreen, CO 74 runs north to I-70. From Genesee you are already on the interstate, so the first decision is simply when to travel.

Weekend and ski-season traffic on I-70 is the main variable on this trip, which is why a weekday midday appointment is the easiest to plan around. Allow about 45 to 60 minutes outside peak traffic.

Once you leave I-70 at CO 58, the foothills highways carry you north and east across the top of the metro to Huron Street, well away from central Denver.

What Evergreen and Genesee patients can discuss

Breast, facial volume and injectable questions

A consultation from Evergreen or Genesee can cover a breast lift, fat transfer to the face and BOTOX®. Covering several questions in one visit matters more when the drive is about 45 to 60 minutes outside peak traffic each way.

Because this is a longer trip, plan the return as carefully as the arrival. If your procedure involves sedation or general anesthesia, you will need someone to drive you home, and the timing of a long drive home is Dr. Samas's decision for your procedure. Winter conditions on I-70 can add hours or close the road, so build in buffer and call the office if travel becomes unsafe. Ask Dr. Samas whether returning to a higher elevation changes anything about your recovery plan. The out-of-town patients page covers how longer-distance visits are arranged.
